Here I am hivers with a new little trip that I took with my husband today, I had visited this place about six years ago, it remained in my heart for its tranquility, the freshness and the beauty of this small village so we decided to go back to escape from the heat of our village, it is about an hour's drive away, and to our great joy as soon as we arrived we immediately noticed that it was ten degrees cooler than our home. Serra Pistoiese is located on the mountains of Pistoia in the municipality of Marliana, about 800 meters above sea level, it has a still medieval and very narrow shape, few cars can pass through the city centre, we parked on a street. This place is surrounded by woods and can be reached via a road full of curves. The houses are almost all made of stone and it seems like you have been catapulted into another century!

Serra Pistoiese está situada en las montañas de Pistoia en el municipio de Marliana, a unos 800 metros sobre el nivel del mar, tiene una forma todavía medieval y muy estrecha, pocos coches pueden pasar por el centro de la ciudad, aparcamos en una calle. As soon as we arrived we immediately took the main street with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, here there are various streets and panoramic points perfect for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view of the greenery, a truly peaceful place with very few inhabitants, especially in winter and where an almost unreal silence and stillness reigns, we only met two people sitting in silence on benches, a truly peaceful place to disconnect from the chaos, a perfect holiday destination for those who love solitude and serenity. It has a couple of small churches, a bar and a restaurant, they are the only activities present in the town, but it has many beautiful, typical and charming streets and delightful little corners. It is a place to which I was very happy to return and where I would have liked to spend more time, perhaps a few days in peace and relaxation!

Nada más llegar tomamos inmediatamente la calle principal con una hermosa vista panorámica de las montañas circundantes, aquí existen diversas calles y puntos panorámicos perfectos para relajarse y disfrutar de una hermosa vista del verdor, un lugar verdaderamente tranquilo y con muy pocos habitantes. sobre todo en invierno y donde reina un silencio y una quietud casi irreal, solo conocimos a dos personas sentadas en silencio en bancos, un lugar verdaderamente tranquilo para desconectar del caos, un destino de vacaciones perfecto para los amantes de la soledad y la serenidad. Tiene un par de pequeñas iglesias, un bar y un restaurante, son las únicas actividades presentes en el pueblo, pero tiene muchas calles bonitas, típicas y con encanto y rincones encantadores. Es un lugar al que estuve muy feliz de regresar y donde me hubiera gustado pasar más tiempo, ¡tal vez unos días en paz y relajación!
