My Sweet Plantain Porridge For Dinner

Hello vegan lovers how are you all doing hope you all are doing great. Welcome to my blog tonight I made a delicious plantain porridge which I want to share my recipe with you all .
Plantain is a healthy food that everyone needs to eat because it contains potassium , which helps to regulate the blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Ingredients
4 unripe plantain
2 ripped plantain
2 onion
2 cooking spoon red oil
1 bunch of pumpkin leaf
10g of scent leaf 9
9 small tomatos
18 piece of pepper
100cl of water
1 tsp spoon of salt

Cooking steps
Washing my ripe and unriped plantain thoroughly and pilling the back of the plantain . Also I washed my tomatoes, pepper and onion

After washing my plantain and veggies I started to slice my Plantain, onions, tomatoes and then I pounded my pepper and set asid. I sliced my unriped plantain into smaller sices and then sliced my ripped plantain in to bigger size than the unripe once.


After slicing I washed my pumpkin leaf and scent leaf then sliced them.


After preparing my veggies I set my pot on fire and added my red oil first and allow the red oil for about 2 minutes then I added my onions, tomatoes and pepper then I turn it very well and allow it for about 4 minutes then I added my salt and water to water.

I allowed it to cook for about 3 minutes then I added my unriped plantain first and turn it very well


I allowed it for about 3 minutes then I added my ripped plantain

Then I allowed it to cook for about 2 minutes I added my scent leaf and pumpkin leaves and mixed very well.


And this is how I Prepared my sweet plantain porridge, it really makes sense and everyone enjoyed it.
