The Earthing : Let the earth's energy flow through us

In my childhood, my Dad always take me to the nearby park for a barefoot walk. Especially during the morning time when the dew on the grass were fresh. We used to walk for hours. He used to say that the morning dew will help in improving my eye sight. It was later learnt that There are points under the feet to which the eye nerve system is attached. Walking barefoot stimulates these pressure points, which is thought to improve overall eye health and vision. Recently, when I had the eye problem, the doctor laid emphasis on how important it is to keep our feet grounded.

Last week, I had some issue in my eye. It turned Red due to over exposure to mobile screen. Although I did figured it out by myself, still I preferred to visit the doctor for my vision safety. Doctor said the same things and did made me aware of certain things that may help in improving my eye. Last week, I spent few more hours on mobile by spending time in watching some movies. I usually avoid doing so, but due to some issue, I was forced to spend time on the small screen. The Redness was result of it. It was too noticible that even my neighbours noticed it from a distant. They thought it to be #flu, but I knew what it was actually.

The visit to the doctors was an eye openers and help me to follow certain steps towards my well being. We all knew that over indulgence on mobile would be risky. Not only for the eye but our overall well-being. In my case, I faced the music even knowing every little things about the screen on time facts. Applying the little things, soon I began to notice the changes and now my eye were not straining as it was before.
The doctor was an aged person with ample amount of experience on his back. He explained the concept of "Earthing" that most of us of losing in our day to day lifestyle. Most of the time we made use of footwears and rest of the time, we keep our foot on bed or couch while sleeping or spending our leisure time. There is no time when we makes the connection betweennthe foot and the earth surface. The most toxic thing is to using the mobile even before leaving the bed and putting our foot on ground. How do we get the required earthing for the eye sight? It is important to keep the foot grounded for necessary pressure points. The theory of earthing suggest that walking barefoot allows our body to absorb energy from the Earth through direct skin contact. This Earthing, is believed to nourish the body, mind, and soul and may even help stop the progression of any eye diseases.

I know many people are in habit of using their phone even befpre they left the bed. I was one of them, peeping inside #hive once before setting the day on. But again the footwesrs was there to, which avoid any direct connection with the surface. We might have seen that we get "electric shock" when we touch electrical circuit barefoot. Similarly, barefootness is the key for a good vision and well being. The more we try to keep our foot grounded the better it is for the eye. As the doctor advised, I started some practice of self improvement. As I woke up in morning, I wash my eyes and also makes foot wet with water. The wetness makes the foot comes alive and thriving. I try to remain barefoot as much as possible. I started to feel the differences. My eyes gets the desired earthing and it feel lighter than before.
The winter is approaching, so following this practice for long going to be hard, but till the time the weather allows, I make sure to keep my foot grounded for my eye. Apart from this, I am making sure to reduce the phone usage and keep it away from my reach while at sleep. We just need rhe right earthing shocks for the well being.
